The postal service screwed up the delivery of my initial order and claimed they delivered it to my mailbox but I never received it. I thought that was the end of the story. To my surprise, I was subsequently contacted by Rich Mason, a company representative, who upon learning of the postal mishap, immediately shipped me another FrogLog free of charge. I love it and am quite impressed by the service provided to me. I expect to save a lot of creatures this spring when the frog population explodes again. I am one happy customer! Thank you!
Thanks Lisa! I'm glad we were able to make good on the shipment despite the USPS mishap. Enjoy your FrogLog.
I have two in my pool area and ever since I have had them there have never been anymore dead frogs.
Have used Frog log for at least 3yrs now and just had to replace them do to wear and tear. So worth it if you care about saving the little creatures that happen to fall into your pool
We have an inground pool and a families of chipmunks. They run around the pool deck chasing each other , and we have had many drown from falling in.
After we installed the Frog Logs (one on each side in the middle of the deep end) we have not lost a single one in over 2 years. WE actually can see them swim to them and get out of the water.
Love it!!
I saved one baby lizard. It was sitting on the pad. We are closing the pool tomorrow so the FrogLog will be nicely packed away until next summer. Thank you for suggesting this cute little lifesaver.
Normally, I’d scoop frogs out of our pool with a net but using the FrogLog, I no longer think about doing that. Any frogs that find their way into the pool now have an easy way out. I’ve seen several just hanging out on the FrogLog so it gives me comfort knowing they aren’t caught in the skimmer baskets or in the drain.
At my last count, the FrogLog has saved seven frogs/toads and one garden snake. And those are just the animals I have seen. We love this thing!
